In managing tools across various companies, losses or thefts of equipment often occur, leading to additional costs and inefficient operations.

Our goal was to create a mobile application that not only simplifies tool management and transfers between employees but also prevents losses and thefts through precise tracking of their movement. At the same time, it was necessary to ensure a clear system for administrators to have real-time control over the entire inventory.

We developed a mobile application that allows users to easily manage tools, track their inventory, and securely transfer tools between individuals.

Thanks to the implementation of the GFrame system, administrators have a detailed overview of every tool, including its usage history and current location. This ensures that every tool is always under supervision, minimizing the risk of loss or theft. The system also strengthens user accountability for the tools they possess, leading to a higher level of security and control.
