We were tasked with completely replacing the client’s work in spreadsheets by developing an application that provides comprehensive management and maximum optimization of processes – from revenue distribution to the final payout.

We developed the GetFleet Manager application, designed to maximize the optimization of otherwise time-consuming processes. It allows clients to upload earnings directly into the app, which then automatically processes and distributes them among couriers based on predefined criteria.

The application handles dynamic fees for couriers based on their earnings, as well as fixed percentage and flat-rate fees.

🔄 Additionally, it efficiently manages debts and bonuses, automatically adding or deducting them from couriers’ earnings. This optimization has reduced the payout process time by up to 90%.

📊 GetFleet Manager also supports integration and synchronization with accounting software, further simplifying the payout process—whether in cash or via bank transfer.

🚀 And there’s more! The system also caters to independent couriers by providing integrated forms that automatically register new couriers in the system and generate the necessary contractual documentation.
